Kite
KITE is the latest evolution in shirt finishers from PONY, suitable for the finishing of shirts, polo shirts, chef’s jackets and medical uniforms.
Thanks to its solid construction and advanced design, KITE provides the user an excellent finishing quality as well as very high productivity.
The advanced design ergonomics of this machine has resulted in the introduction of the exclusive front sliding paddle which results in easy, fast dressing of the shirt without any obstacles between the operator and the shirt being processed.
With this brand new model, PONY aims to offer its customers the best quality to price ratio in its class, whilst incorporating some of the advanced features found in the more expensive models in the range.
KITE is available both in steam or electric versions. Thanks to bespoke software and meticulous engineering, KITE in the electric version can operate with only 9.85 Kw of electric power in the ECO mode.
KITE STANDARD EQUIPMENT INCLUDES:

MG
The form finisher’s range MG has been engineered to meet the demand for blow finish for all outerwear in dry cleaning and laundry stores, the garment industry, ironing services, and the hospitality industry.
Features are: Finishing cycles controlled by a microprocessor with 10 stored programs, manual cycle start or automatic cycle start using a foot pedal, adjustable hot air flow, revolving or fixed dummy if combined with the sleeve tensioning group.
Form finishers of this range are available in the following versions:
- MG: form finisher to be connected to the external steam supply. Available with Standard Dummy or with RM dummy with manual size regulations
- MGP “PNEUMATIC”: former to be connected to external steam supply with pneumatic steam valve. Available with a Standard dummy and also with a stainless-steel body.

MG321
Universal shirt finisher with manual tensioning. Suitable for the dry-cleaner who wants to promote the shirts service among its clients. Ideally designed to process small quantities of shirts, it can also be used for finishing outerwear (jackets, coats, etc.)
MG-321 can process 20 shirts per hour and it can also finish coats, jackets, raincoats, outerwear. The production of outerwear’s can reach 80 pcs per hour. Automatic adjustable cycles by microprocessor - for connection with external steam supply.

MPT Laundry
Mpt series has been engineered for the finishing of trousers, even in industrial productions. The special structure and the automation of the different finishing stages allow a very high hourly output. Cycles are controlled by microprocessor.
MPT is the solution for every kind of trouser: jeans, casual and classic trousers. All toppers of the MPT series are ready for connection to external steam and air supplies. MPT is available in three versions with clamps with internal/external clamping system (internal/external clamps cannot be supplied with the photocell option) and two versions without internal/external clamps.
The three versions with internal/external clamps as standard are:
- MPT-D: With pneumatic tensioning of the waistband with front clamp. Model MPT-D is provided with a pneumatic trolley for leg tensioning with independent pivoting clamps. MPT-D is also available with automatic and electric boiler with electronic control.
- MPT-DL: with pneumatic waist tensioning, with lateral waist stretching device; It is equipped with special anatomic side paddles which perfectly fit and mould the trouser waist and leg, after the trousers ‘cut. Interchangeable anatomic shapes are available for different sizes. Pneumatic trolley with independent pivoting clamps. MPT-DL is also available with automatic and electric boiler with electronic control. Only for this model, the manual size regulator device is equipped with two small pneumatic cylinders.
- MPT-DP2: with pneumatic tensioning of the waist, with front paddle and with heated anatomic shape. Model MPT-DP2 is equipped with pressure paddles to fix the waist darts and set the pleats, which can be excluded when needed. DP2 is equipped with pneumatic leg tensioning trolley with independent pivoting clamps.
- MPT-A: with pneumatic tensioning of the waist with front clamp and manual clamps for legs.
- Photocell (only for models D, DL and DP2) for the automatic alignment of the legs trolley with the trousers cuff and automatic clamps closing with automatic cycle starter.

Ozocab
Powerful closed-loop system for complete sanitizing and door elimination in a natural, fast and safe way.
OZOCAB’s “clean technology” consists of generating ozone by reaching and maintaining saturation level inside the cabin during the first two phases of the operation cycle. In the remaining time, the machine destroys ozone, regenerating pure oxygen, without leaving any residue.
OZOCAB produces sanitizing ozone using a powerful Corona discharge ozone generator (10 gr/h). This type of generator represents the best technical solution in industrial ozone production because they are much more efficient than other systems (ozone concentration capacity up to 10 times that of UV lamps). Maintenance and energy consumption are minimal.
Ozone is capable to inactivate or destroy biological agents such as viruses, bacteria, mold, enzymes, etc without using any chemical products.
OZOCAB therefore permits:
- the complete and safe sanitizing of clothing, white coats, headgear, shoes, helmets, gloves, theatre costumes, wedding dresses, uniforms, rugs, cushions, duvets, leathers, furs, bags, travel suitcases, etc.

OZOCAB is equipped with an automatic computerized system PLC with 6 pre-set programs, each one with 3 different cycles: short-medium-long. All cycles can be extended to a maximum of 495 minutes.
It is supplied complete with a coat hanger, a shelf that can be positioned at different heights, and feet for height adjustment.

Professional portable ozone production unit with 8 g/h corona effect generator and integrated oxygen conversion system.
Ozone is able to restore the air of a room thanks to its ability to inactivate or destroy the cells of biological agents such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, enzymes, etc. without the use of chemical products.
Ozone is also very effective in eliminating odours such as smoke, sweat, food, shoes, mold, paint, etc.
In laundry, it can be used inside closed spaces and allows the sanitising of multiple items, such as rugs, curtains, duvets, mattresses, etc., in addition to the classic clothes in laundries.
