Air-operated presses with a fast head movement and increased squeezing pressure by 73%. High professional press for high productivity. Padded Head with live steam. DB 360
DB 360, the new rotary double-buck shirt press. The DB360 is Pony double-body rotary shirt press, conceived and designed to obtain maximum productivity, with incomparable finishing quality and no increase in costs.
Features:

EAGLE 2.0
The EAGLE has a wide range including men’s shirts, women’s blouses, polo shirts, medical uniforms, and chef’s uniforms. This machine drew on our many years of manufacturing experience and customer interaction to meet the ultimate goal of reducing energy consumption and machine size. It makes a state-of-the-art shirt finisher affordable for every shirt laundry.
The H.A.R.S. (Hot Air Recovery System), is an efficient system for the recapture of air from the shoulder press. This device maintains a constant 150° air temperature and conveys the air through a special channel into the fan to speed the drying of the shirt, reducing energy consumption by 20 to 30%, with faster drying times and higher productivity. It is the only shirt finisher in the world pressing both the yoke and the tucks at the same time, with Teflon press heads to avoid marks on dark fabrics.
Additional innovations include the front horizontal sliding paddle and a brand new adjustable cuff clamps system, with rotating rounded clamps. The PLC TOUCH SCREEN managing functions and finishing cycles, is adjustable and integrated in the main frame. For the operator's convenience, the controls of the basic functions are repeated on the front paddle with customizable buttons. If connected through an Ethernet port, it is possible to control the Pony Touch Technology even from remote locations.
The "TOTAL ELECTRIC" version, in conjunction with the "totally electric" version of the collar and cuff press, allows the installation of a highly productive and professional shirt ironing system anywhere without the requirement for steam or water. The "TOTAL ELECTRIC" version also offers the opportunity to select the "ECO" or "PRO" operation according to different electrical powers available and production volumes.
Electronic 170
Pony offers a wide range of professional irons that meets every kind of iron requirement.
Available models are:
- Senior TT, with patented Triple Touch System is the first electric steam iron with a universal handle, that’s perfectly ergonomic for both right and left-handed operators. The tapered shape of the sole guarantees flawless ironing even on hard-to-reach areas.
- Senior, same features as Senior TT, but with external micro.
- Electronic 170, with electronic control and nickel-plated sole.
- All Steam, completely steam heated, with no heating element nor thermostat.
- Baby, the entry-level iron of the range, simple and solid.

FORMPLUS
The tensioning form finisher FORMPLUS has been designed to meet the needs of the WET cleaning system, which requires vertical tensioning for perfect seam finishing and fabric revitalizing. This form is suitable for jackets, outerwear, leather wear, dresses, and similar garments of any size and texture. Formplus is also suitable for dry cleaned garments, by allowing a very high-quality finishing, limiting the number of touch-ups to very minor details, and increasing productivity without the need for specialized labour.
The high-quality finishing is provided by the special garment tensioning and by the powerful hot air flow. The positioning of the dummy is automatic, thanks to a photocell. Cycles are adjustable, saveable, and managed by a plc with AF Logic interface. All formers of the Formplus series are ready for connection to the external steam supply.
Formplus is available in two versions:
- FORMPLUS with microprocessor cycle control, with up to 10 saveable programs. Available in fixed dummy or with 270° rotating dummy versions.
- FORMPLUS-S with Plc system as standard, with 10 saveable programs, 270° rotating dummy, and pneumatic lateral and back clamps to fix the vents.
- GFV iron assembly complete with All Steam iron for final touch-ups.
FVC
FVC Utility ironing tables. Solid and reliable. These tables are the "entry-level" in the range of air-blowing tables, with an excellent quality/price ratio. Standard features include: electric steam iron, vacuum unit, built-in automatic electric boiler suitable to feed steam to a second iron to be used on a second table placed aside.
FVC is available in the following versions:
- FVC, electrically-heated vacuum table with 5-lt built-in electronic boiler.
- FVC-SÂ electrically-heated vacuum and air-blowing table, available either with 5-lt built-in electronic boiler or for connection to central steam supply.

GE 16
The GE 8-16 SERIES are steam generators with electronic control: the special design allows for a quick and easy installation with the added benefit of all components being easily accessible, and routine maintenance being straightforward and simple. These steam boilers are constructed from high-grade materials and conform to CE European Standards.
