Chest Heated Ironer – Two Rolls
- Single piece super flexible laser welding chest has 180-206° wrap-up contact to rolls
- Self-adjusted chest applies uniform pressure over the entire width and length of the roll.
- Heated by circulated thermal oil moving in the chest ensures uniform temperature along the full chest width avoiding overheated spots.
- Self-contained thermal oil heating and circulation system provide accurate temperature control, easy installation, and start-up
- Steam heated by steam injection directly into the chest
- 80 cm long self-positioning heated bridge avoids linen cooling or rolling
Classic
Every model in the CLASSIC range is electrically heated, has vacuum and is height adjustable (from 930 to 750 mm). Powerful vacuum with enhanced built-in vacuum unit with foot-pedal operation; adjustable vacuum power. Manual operation to switch vacuum from the board to the arms. Thermostatically adjustable electric board heating.
Classic is available in the following versions:
- Classic 110Â (board size 1100x380 mm - small end 230 mm) Ready to fit 1 arm with shape.
- Classic 130Â (board size 1300x500 mm - small end 250 mm) Ready to fit 2 arms with shapes
- Classic RÂ with rectangular board shape (board size 1300 x 650 mm) Suitable for ironing on both sides of the table. Ready to fit 2 arms with shapes
- Steam iron assembly (GFV)
- Built-in boiler with electronic level control.
- Two pivoting vacuum arms for shapes (for sleeve ironing and spotting operation).
- Lighting group with or without pulley and iron suspension.

- SMART – Vertical collar and cuff press available either in the steam or in the electric version. In the electric version both bucks are electrically heated . 2-button head closing with safety rail
- CCPÂ - Collar and cuff press with 2-button head closing with safety rail.
- DOUBLE – Collar and cuff press with double buck to press 2 collars and 4 cuffs at the same time. 2-button head closing with safety rail
- QUADÂ - rotary quadruple collar-and-cuff press to press 4 collars and 8 cuffs at the same time.

Air-operated presses with a fast head movement and increased squeezing pressure by 73%. High professional press for high productivity. Padded Head with live steam. Lower buck with live steam and vacuum, also blowing upon request. 60° head opening.
