Pony offers a wide range of professional irons that meets every kind of iron requirement. Available models are:

• Senior TT, with patented Triple Touch System is the first electric steam iron with a universal handle, that’s perfectly ergonomic for both right and left-handed operators. The tapered shape of the sole guarantees flawless ironing even on hard-to-reach areas.
• Senior, same features as Senior TT, but with external micro.
• Electronic 170, with electronic control and nickel-plated sole.
• All Steam, completely steam heated, with no heating element nor thermostat.
• Baby, the entry-level iron of the range, simple and solid.
• Baby Professional, with steam control on the handle and hand protection.
• Seam Buster, narrow base with special alloy iron sole, thermos fuse protected armored heating element.

The tensioning form finisher FORMPLUS has been designed to meet the needs of the WET cleaning system, which requires vertical tensioning for perfect seam finishing and fabric revitalizing. This form is suitable for jackets, outerwear, leather wear, dresses, and similar garments of any size and texture. Formplus is also suitable for dry cleaned garments, by allowing a very high-quality finishing, limiting the number of touch-ups to very minor details, and increasing productivity without the need for specialized labour. The high-quality finishing is provided by the special garment tensioning and by the powerful hot air flow. The positioning of the dummy is automatic, thanks to a photocell. Cycles are adjustable, saveable, and managed by a plc with AF Logic interface. All formers of the Formplus series are ready for connection to the external steam supply. Formplus is available in two versions:

• FORMPLUS with microprocessor cycle control, with up to 10 saveable programs. Available in fixed dummy or with 270° rotating dummy versions.
• FORMPLUS-S with Plc system as standard, with 10 saveable programs, 270° rotating dummy, and pneumatic lateral and back clamps to fix the vents.

Available options:

• GFV iron assembly complete with All Steam iron for final touch-ups.

GE 1-2-3-4 The GE line of PONY electronic steam boilers offers a wide range of powers to accommodate one or more irons. An electronic water level probe ensures proper water level and long life to the heating elements. The horizontal design of the boiler allows easy and fast maintenance. GE series is composed by 4 models:

• GE-1 5 lt.boiler - 3,3 kW - 1 iron
• GE-2 5 lt.boiler - 3,3 Kw - 2 irons
• GE-3 5 lt.boiler - 6 kW - 3 irons
• GE-4 9 lt boiler - 8 KW - 4 irons

On request, we can supply models with additional iron connections – 9 lts. boiler and increased power. Available options:

• Motor, pump, and water feeding tank
• Steam spotting gun
• Casters

The GE 8-16 SERIES are steam generators with electronic control: the special design allows for a quick and easy installation with the added benefit of all components being easily accessible, and routine maintenance being straightforward and simple. These steam boilers are constructed from high-grade materials and conform to CE European Standards. They are produced in the following models:

• GE8, steam production from 3 kg to 9 kg/hour with steam solenoid valve and water pump included
• GE16, steam production from 9 kg. to 16 kg./hour, steam solenoid valve and water pump included

Both models are available in two versions:

• BASIC Recommended for 8 – 10 working hours per day max
• DE LUXE Recommended for intense finishing cycles with 5 lts. - 3,3 kW - 2 irons

A press with a horizontal head and buck, specifically designed for rapid, flawless pressing of trousers. Available in 3 versions:

• PANTAMASTER - The particular construction of its twin bucks allows to finish both trousers’ legs at the same time, setting the front pleats up to 3 cm from the waistline. Its wide bucks make this machine very versatile and suitable also for finishing knitwear or blankets. Trousers are put on the lower buck and held by a special waistband auto-sizing locking device which sets the pleats. Following this, the semi-rigid frame is lowered allowing the second leg to be laid on the buck. The pressure of the head completes the pressing operation.
